Meeting venue and the offical hotel is Conrad Hotel İstanbul. Accomodation and all the scientific programme will take place in Conrad Hotel İstanbul.

CANCELLATION POLICY
For cancellations received until 1st March 2010, 50% of the registration and accomodation fee will be reimbursed. Cancellations received after the mentioned date will not be accepted. All the reimbursements will be made after the meeting.

FACILITY UTILIZATION FEE
Facility utilization fee, 90 EURO for 3 days, will be charged for participants attending the scientific programme but not accomodating at Conrad Hotel Istanbul.
Facility utilization fee includes coffee-break with cookies twice a day and lunch-box once a day during the scientific programme.
AIRPORT GROUP TRANSFER FEE
One way : 50 EURO
